    使用旋轉還是固定的磁場- Rotating or Fixed magnetic field


     這是一個磁力設計上的一個老問題。旋轉磁場離合器包括一個旋轉線圈,通過電刷和滑環供電。靜止磁場離合器有一個靜止的線圈。旋轉磁場離合器還是比較普遍的,但是已經有了明顯的向靜止磁場離合器發展的趨勢。

     
          通常來說,旋轉磁場離合器是一個在驅動(輸入)構件上帶有一個螺旋管的兩構件裝置。它能直接與電機或者減速機相連接,而不用卸下驅動點擊。在大型號旋轉離合器中旋轉螺線管增加了慣性,而在尺寸比較小的旋轉離合器中,它能提供比靜止磁場離合器更好的尺寸與額定輸出比。
